Our Story

Our Mission is to provide allergen-friendly treats & baked goods as a safe and delicious staple for your home, school functions, family holiday gatherings, social events, celebrations and corporate or civic meetings.

We are a home based bakery located in Rochester Hills, MI. This business was born from the idea that everyone should be able to enjoy traditional treats without the worry of possible allergy interactions and food restrictions. Jen Plumer is the founder of the Allergy Table, and as a mother of a child with severe, life threatening food allergies and EoE disease, she understands all too well what its like to tell a child that they cannot have the same treats as their friends or to miss out on birthday parties & social events because the risk of a reaction is too great.

No parent wants their child to be excluded, that is a terrible feeling to experience as a parent. If you are an allergy parent, then you know how important it is to always have a safe food option wherever you go. The Allergy Table takes the burden off of finding easy and delicious options for your child that are portable and convenient.

Whether you, your child, a family member or someone you know lives with food allergies, dietary intolerances, or food restrictions, the Allergy Table was created just for you.

Every ingredient that is used in our baked goods has been verified to be free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, egg, peanut, tree nut and sesame. Every effort has been taken to ensure cross contamination has not occurred and the baked goods we provide are the most delicious and safest treats available to you.
