Women are wired to be that way. I know this feeling well.

What has worked for me is trusting my intuition. It has never failed me but I have fail it. When I don't listen the lesson gets louder and louder.

I looked at an amazing deal on the lake last week that was ridiculously cheap, had 2 houses on it where both needed a lot of work.

I am quick to make real estate investment decisions. My body is wired for a YES I get in trouble when my mind is saying YES and my body is saying NO - although I take that no for a MAYBE.

The houses were the challenge. I get renovate a house blind folded after doing over 400 renovations. It was this feeling that wouldn't leave me. On paper the numbers were so juicy!

So why was I pausing? I would love to hear your thoughts as to why I passed on this amazing deal.
