Guess who got engaged, married and bought a house? Yes, another of our wonderful tenants at Werner Park! We wish we were making this up, but for 11 out of our 12 tenants that have ever lived here, this property was their last stop prior to getting married and buying their own home!

HOWEVER I strongly advise you that if you don't want to get married and/or don't want to buy a house as your next stop, then you don't want to live here... hehe... not joking... 9 out of 10 tenants this was their last stop before buying a house and 8 out of 10 either got engaged/got married or found their future spouse in this house.
