Kids Self-Defense (Grades 3–6)

This class focuses on awareness, confidence, and age-appropriate self-defense skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Women’s Self-Defense (ages 12+)
1:00–2:00 PM
Learn practical, real-world self-defense techniques designed to help you feel confident and prepared. No experience necessary.

On Sunday, November 16th, we’re expanding our self-defense offerings at Imperial Training Center with two empowering, free classes designed to build confidence, awareness, and real-world safety skills.

3rd–6th Grade Self-Defense
12:00–12:50 PM
We’re introducing this new class because it’s never too early for kids to learn how to stay safe, stand tall, and move with confidence.

Women’s Self-Defense (Ages 12+)
1:00–2:00 PM
Our regular women’s class is perfect for teens and adults ready to strengthen both body and mind while learning practical, effective techniques for real-life situations.
