Our Story

Owner and talented musician, Nic Cocco, has rocked around the world with some of the best in the music industry for the last 45 years. Out of his passion and love for music, he created 148 South Street Studio, a full-service facility equipped with everything an artist could want. From a completely outfitted live stage, to five 1080p/4K HD cameras, this is the place where artists go to produce content or stream their sound live. They can even produce and manage a release. No matter the age or skill, whether you’re in a high school band or are worldwide touring artist, we have everything you need.
