Meet Karina Baker β and believe it or not, what she learned years ago in NDIC is still shaping her journey today.
βI joined NDIC a few years agoβand Iβm still using what I learned.β β Karina
Through the National Deaf Innovation Challenge, Karina explored the foundations of entrepreneurship:
β
Building a Business Model Canvas
β
Conducting real customer interviews
β
Learning how to test, pivot, and grow ideas
βThis experience taught me how to listen to what people really needβnot just what I think they need. It helped me shape my startup idea into something stronger. I also met so many other Deaf entrepreneurs driven to innovate.β
