Before & After of a truly scrumptious dish I decided to make on Wednesday despite a LONGGGG work day.
I love meals where the dishes can cook simultaneously and all you have to do is kick back and wait for the timer 🤗✨

After a long day on my feet or a day at the office (probably both), this is the type of stretch I come back to when I need to be re-energized and woken UP.
Wrapped it up with Nadi Shodhana, otherwise known as Alternating Nostril Breath — a cleansing, subtle energy clearing breath. 🧘🏼‍♀️🌬✨
