Big news for Rochester!
Rochester Art Center has been selected as one of just 10 arts organizations nationwide to receive a 2025–2026 Stand For The Arts Award from Ovation TV and Spectrum, along with a $10,000 award to support our mission.
From New York City to Hawaii, organizations across the country were recognized for expanding access to the arts, supporting artists, and creating welcoming spaces for creative expression. We are proud that Rochester, Minnesota is among them.
For nearly 80 years, Rochester Art Center has connected our community with contemporary art through exhibitions, educational programs, public art, and creative experiences that welcome people of all ages and backgrounds. This national recognition affirms what many in our community already know: Rochester is a place where the arts matter.
