Our newest total rehab. A small cottage on lake Ontario. Fully gutted. Evicted a few bees and wasps after an ankle sting. New everything coming soon including windows, door, siding and gutters outside. Inside all new insulation floors drywall kitchen and bath with some walls removed to open up the space. Drop ceiling removed, ready for cathedral ceilings. Adding a sleeping loft above the back bedroom. Deck planned for the future. Keep your eyes on this one it's gonna be gorgeous.

The drooping front overhang and the shingles that will soon find their home where the cedar is currently in place.

Asbestos removed, chimney patched.
