Join us on April 26th for a meaningful morning of movement and connection with Ashley Mittiga. We’ll begin with a 60-minute Power Vinyasa class from 11AM–12PM—an upbeat, flowing session designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina while encouraging mindfulness and balance. All skill levels are welcome in this safe, supportive space.
