All locations of Affinity Health Center will be closed Friday, 06/19/26 in observance of Juneteenth. Avita Pharmacy walk-up window will be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, 06/19/26.

Hands & Heart will feature a catered lunch, community partner awards, and patient shared success stories. Individual tickets are $50 online and sponsorship opportunities are available.
