The hard workers in the Northwestern Illinois Building and Construction Trades build our community each and every day from the ground up, and I am proud to earn their endorsement in this election! I will always have your back in fighting for fair wages, good jobs, safe workspaces, and the respect all workers deserve. Let’s keep building together!

Thank you, Illinois Retired Teachers Association, for your endorsement! Our teachers have spent a lifetime pouring their energy and hearts into Illinois students, and I am committed to ensuring their service is celebrated. They have hard-earned their right to retire with dignity, and I am committed to keeping that promise. Thanks!

The news we’ve heard from Stellantis this past weekend gives me so much joy and hope, but reminds us of the hard work ahead.

Our community and local UAW workers have been fighting so hard for so long, and their perseverance shows strong with this new, additional $200M investment.

While there is still work to do and a wait ahead, this news should be something our community celebrates. As we work towards the future, I’m committed to getting Stellantis back online, securing the contract our UAW family deserves, and realizing the investment our community has earned.
