At Your Service Techs

I was worried... the brisket wasn't reddish, like I'm used to corned beef turning out. But, finished with grass fed butter & , it turned out great for St Patty's Day dinner. My wife enjoyed it, & my kids mostly did, too.

I asked if my eldest if she knew what the white pieces were, & she guessed, "fat?" ('cause she knows I obsess over fat, & how beneficial it is)..
