Last night I had the honor and privilege of attending and participating in my first Fundamentals of Nursing students pinning ceremony. 18 months of grueling work they all have successfully finished the ADN program. I was overwhelmed that so many of my students, whether I had them in class or clinical, asked me to the pin them. I truly felt so blessed to play such an important role to them. They will all be nurses filled with caring, and compassion, able to critically think as they journey into their careers. I am so proud of you all and I thank God for putting you in my class!
