Try this: instead of saying you ARE an anxious person, say, I am experiencing anxiety. The difference may seem linguistically nominal but it’s incredibly powerful to your psyche. You are not your symptoms ✍🏼

what you don’t see is how intentional the reasoning is behind why/how some people appear so at peace, or calm, or “lucky” ✍🏼
