Rooted Quantum Wellness

Rooted Quantum Wellness is thrilled to welcome Wendy MAC, who brings with her over two decades of experience in the yoga and pilates world. Her dance and performance background, and love of music, help her bring a unique, fun and energetic flavor to all her classes.

Wendy believes that everyone can find benefits from yoga and mind/body/energy work, regardless of age, gender, belief or skill set. She has the biggest heart and is always having a great time! She will be offering Yoga Nidra and guided meditation in our EESystem starting August 3rd! 🙏

Wendy has taught at many high-profile events in the region, including Wanderlust Squaw Valley, Flower Farm, and benefits for Placer County Food Bank, Mercy Ministries, Acres of Hope, and other outreach programs.
