Fake Canadian

Hey everybody. Christopher here. Here’s how it’s going to be.

Fake Canadian will be releasing our latest album Fellow Traveler next Friday March 6, 2026 on Bandcamp and streaming.

We recorded it in Fall 2024 with Cameron Karren at Sacramento’s Pus Cavern Studios.

We’re really proud of it and happy that people will finally be able to hear it.

We do not have plans to play live for the foreseeable future. I’m hoping that we’ll be able to get back on the saddle in the latter half of the year—no promises though.

Hit up our Bandcamp right now if you want to preview the first two songs, the single “What Will Rational Actors Do?” and “Timothy is in Danger.”

Hey there. Been a while since we rapped at ya.

Fake Canadian is slowly but surely working its way out of hibernation, and we are excited to be playing some shows and giving you some new music in the not-so-distant future.

Christopher and Howie will be playing a short acoustic set tonight at the Showcase tonight at the new location at DOCO, hosted by our good friend and yours .

Come out and say hi! We’re looking forward to it.

Reposting here for visibility’s sake—our next show is this Friday at Rocklin, CA’s to celebrate Steve, the titular Audio Nerd’s b-day! It’s gonna be a ton of fun.

We’re excited to share a bill with our good friends , as well as and Mom’s Friend Steve.

Doors open 6:00pm, music starts at 6:30pm. Suggested donation is $5-10. All ages welcome.
