In just one week, our campus will be bursting with incredible talent, energy and worship! 🎭✨
Jessup University is deeply honored to host the National Christian Youth Theater (CYT) Expo 2026 right here on our Rocklin campus! We are thrilled to welcome hundreds of CYT students, branch leaders, chaperones, and families for four unforgettable days of training, main sessions, and community.
As a proud CYT partner since November 2024, Jessup is committed to investing in the next generation of creative, faith-driven leaders. Through our partnership, eligible CYT students can receive an exclusive scholarship of up to $4,000 per year (up to $16,000 over four years), helping make a Christ-centered higher education more accessible.
We are so excited for what God is going to do on our campus next week as these students connect, grow, and celebrate together!

"We were bringing beauty to spaces that needed some life. That’s what God does in us." 🤍🎨
Every piece of art tells a story of transformation. For Jessup University’s Digital Communication, Art & Design program (), which is now one of the largest programs on campus, that story found a permanent home in the Beauty from Ashes installation.
What was once an old, unused hallway is now the vibrant Jessup Gallery of Art and Design, a dedicated space where painters, photographers, designers, and filmmakers can regularly rotate and share their work.
As we look through this collection, we are so proud to highlight incredible student pieces from both this last year’s Fall and Spring Art Shows! It’s more than just a display; it’s an infrastructure for our growing community to experiment, belong, and realize exactly who God made us to be.

Summer is typically a time for professors to step back and detach. But for School of Theology and Leadership Professor Dave Heitman, it’s a season of behind-the-scenes preparation for a fall semester focused on one core mission: formation.
This August, Heitman begins his eleventh year at Jessup, bringing with him 18 redesigned courses for the new Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership. Much of his work draws from his doctoral research, but his vision reaches far beyond academic theory. He’s not just teaching organizational models; he’s building an intentional community where students are empowered to lead with wisdom, resilience and authenticity.

We have some exciting news to share with our Jessup community! The Board of Trustees has invited Dr. Meghan Barnard to serve as Jessup University’s seventh president, beginning July 1, 2026.
As the first woman to lead Jessup, Dr. Barnard brings a rare combination of strategic foresight, operational excellence and a deep commitment to mission-driven higher education. She is deeply dedicated to academic excellence, ensuring that every student has the opportunity, resources, and support to succeed, and to the student’s journey to be transformed by Christ.
We are also incredibly grateful for the godly leadership of interim president Dr. Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr. during this season.
Please join us in praying for Jessup’s new president and her family as they prepare to move from Florida to California at this critical time in our history. Click below to watch a special video greeting and read the full announcement! 👇
