Hey everyone,

I’ve got a bit of unexpected news to share. I ended up in the ER and found out I have a ruptured bicep that is a complete separation that’s going to require surgery next week.

Because of that, I’ll need to pause all classes for the remainder of the season while I focus on healing and recovery. This definitely isn’t how I planned things, and I’m really going to miss being in the studio and creating with all of you.
