Aiden fractured his ankle. He's in a cast. And he's still showing up to train.

A lot of people would take this as a reason to disappear for a couple months and hit reset when the cast comes off. Aiden decided he wasn't going to lose all that progress. So we work everything we safely can. Upper body, core, and the whole side of his body that isn't healing.

Just as important, he's building something you can't coach into someone. The habit of showing up even when it would be easier not to.

That mindset is going to take Aiden a lot further than any single season.

Game speed happens in angles.
Sports are not played in perfect straight lines.

Athletes have to cut, drive laterally, react, stop, re-accelerate, and change direction under control.

That is why we train more than just running fast.

• 45-degree cuts
• Lateral drives
• Reactive direction changes
• Body control through multiple angles
• Better acceleration out of each cut

Because games are played in angles.

You already invest in your athlete. Camps, travel teams, private lessons. But if nobody is training the physical foundation underneath it all, you are leaving real development on the table.
