Your toothbrush works hard every day, but it won't last forever. Most people should replace their toothbrush every 3 to 4 months. 🪥

Over time, bristles become frayed and less effective at removing plaque, and worn bristles can’t clean along the gumline the way they should. Old toothbrushes can also collect bacteria, especially after illness.

Acidic drinks like soda, energy drinks, and citrus beverages can wear down enamel. When enamel softens, teeth can become sensitive and more prone to stains and cavities.

Sipping often makes it worse. Try using a straw, rinse with water after, and wait before brushing to help protect your smile.
