Bunsen Tea Lab
Bubble Teas, Hong Kong Signature Bubble Waffle, Ice Cream waffle
Hello, this is the tea sipping time with Bunsen Tea Lab. So there is a Chinese baddie trend out there with drinking hot water in the morning on an empty stomach. As a Chinese person, I can say that we don’t drink hot water every day. We drink warm water in the colder months, and room temperature water in the warmer months. Also, if you’re Chinese, you will most likely have one of these water kettles at home. Just look at these functions. In Taoism teaching, where it links to many Chinese medicine practices, we boiled the water and then let it cool to room temperature or water sat overnight. We called it the Yin water; it means cool and absorbed the energy from the night. Then the boiling water is called Yang water. Combined them to create a lukewarm water, also called YinYang water. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning. I personally will pour 1/3 cup of boiling water and 2/3 cup of cooled water to get that perfect temperature. The temperature should be similar to our body temperature. Hope this helps. Bye~
