Our sellers are a military family stationed in Germany, which meant they needed more than someone to put a sign in the yard. They needed trusted hands here at home.

We coordinated lawn care, pulled weeds, handled touch-up paint throughout the house, checked on the property, hosted open houses and took care of the details they simply could not manage from overseas. We were the third agents hired to sell the home, and we were determined to do the work needed to finally get them across the finish line.

Then came one of those real estate moments you cannot script.

We met the buyers at an open house for another one of our other listings. That home was not the right fit, but after listening to what they wanted, we introduced them to 1515 Malone Drive. They fell in love with the home and Moores Lake Estates.

We even invited them to spend the Fourth of July at Moores Lake so they could experience the neighborhood, meet the people, and see what makes this community so special. They moved in this weekend, and somewhere along the way, clients became lifelong friends. ❤️
