The build-out is moving along nicely. Framing is complete in several areas, insulation is going in, and drywall is underway. The space is starting to feel like a real restaurant instead of a construction site.

Appreciate all the hard work from the crews making it happen. Looking forward to sharing more progress soon.

Breaking ground on something special in Forney. 🐾

We’re excited to kick off construction on the new Livewell Animal Hospital—bringing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas.

This project is just getting started, but it’s already taking shape with framing, MEP rough-ins, and ductwork underway. Proud to partner on a space that will soon serve pets and their families with personalized, full-service care—from wellness and diagnostics to advanced treatment and surgery.
