We had the pleasure of hosting a powerful wellness seminar this morning at CoFounder, led by one of our very own members, Amanda, with A Rooted Body.

What makes Amanda’s approach so impactful is her belief that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Through A Rooted Body, she focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies—addressing the foundational “roots” of health so they can not only function, but truly feel well. Her work is deeply personal, rooted in the idea that our bodies are constantly communicating—we just need to learn how to listen.

One of the most powerful takeaways from the session was identifying the four root causes that often sit beneath common symptoms—shifting the focus from quick fixes to real, sustainable healing.

Amanda walked us through the difference between detoxing and cleansing—breaking it down in a way that felt both approachable and grounded in how our bodies are actually designed to function. She also shared practical, bite-sized wellness solutions for many professionals navigating fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, bloating, and chronic stress—real challenges in today’s fast-paced environments.
