R3model - Virtual Remodel, LLC

These are renderings of an interior/exterior remodel I've been working on for a client in New Jersey. It's an old Painted Lady in need of some TLC. This is the exterior so far. The client may still have a few color details to add, but the basics are all dialed in.

This is a new build I've been working on with Valiant Home Additions and their client. Started with a basic floorplan the client designed. We were able to work out a number of kinks early on in the process which could have easily gone unnoticed until much later on. But a few Zoom meetings, multiple text messages and several emails later we're all wrapped up. Now James at Valiant can put together an accurate estimate, knowing he's envisioning the same end result as his client. This has also given the client several opportunities to ask questions and feel involved in the project. Excited to see this project come to life over the next several months!
