If you didn’t catch our Stories last week, here are a few more shots of the Beam Signing and Topping Out ceremony at The Visionary. The Visionary is located in Uptown Rogers next to Top Golf. Its name is a nod to past visionaries, such as JB Hunt, that helped shape the landscape of the Pinnacle Hills area as well as all future visionaries to come.
Upon completion it will be a four-story building comprised of 400,000 square feet of leasable office space with Nestle Company serving as the anchor tenant. Special features/ amenities will include a Conference Center that holds up to 150 people, Fitness Center, and numerous collaboration spaces. The cherry on top is the patio with shuffleboard, two covered patios each with a bar and grill, and a large turf area for Yoga class, Co****le, and other outdoor activities.
