• Walk the shoreline = sneaky cardio
• Sand lunges = next-level burn
• Swimming = full body workout without feeling like one

🛫 Airport edition
• Walk the terminal instead of sitting
• Calf raises while waiting to board
• Stretch so you don’t walk off the plane like a robot

Remember: You don’t need a fancy gym. You need commitment.
