We are beyond proud to announce that our very own Merlin Solano has officially graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting!

Merlin is an integral part of our remote team, providing expert bookkeeping support and specialized assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients. Her dedication to her studies while serving our clients with excellence is a testament to the hard work and 'grind' we value here at Numer1cal.

• New, unwrapped toys for kids 12 & under.
• Note: Gift cards for teens (ages 13-18) can be dropped off at City Hall. Or follow the link below to donate online!

This is for every small-business owner who knows they need an emergency fund, but just doesn't totally know how to start one...

Here’s what we tell our small-business clients to do:

1️⃣ Decide how much you want to save! A good rule of thumb is 3–6 months of average business expenses. If that sounds super intimidating, start with working your way up to just one month of expenses saved!

2️⃣ Look at your Profit & Loss statement and find out your average monthly expenses, then multiply by the number of months you want covered by your emergency fund.

3️⃣ Automate your savings method by setting aside a % of every sale or a fixed amount at the end of the month.

4️⃣ Park it in a HYSA. This keeps your funds safe, separate, and earning you passive income through interest!
