We are Eduardo and Louisa and our goal is to bring you Grilled Flavors from near and far. we specialize in grilled plates, burgers, kabobs, quesadillas, wraps, salads and sandwiches🔥

Journey

As a young boy in Mexico, Eduardo was in awe the first time he saw a proper chef standing tall with his chef coat and a white hat. His path in life wasn’t headed that way exactly until he learned he had Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphona. Louisa was an angel that visited sick cancer patients to pray with them in their final days.

Eduardo agreed to pray with her and asked the Lord to spare his life, so he could fulfill his dream of becoming a chef and opening his own business. He barely survived the harshest cancer treatment by the grace of God. Two years later he married Louisa and for the last 10+ years he worked and trained in many kitchens learning how to cook foods from around the world.
