This your first opportunity to participate in the Recognition Prep Zoom and learn how to complete the state level 4-H Recognition Forms!

Print a copy of the state form you will be completing and be prepared to take notes!

Visit gfflivestock.fairentry.com & create a FairEntry account or use your 4-H Online account.

1. Create a profile for each exhibitor
2. Add entries for each exhibitor - even showmanship
3. Continue through to payment submission even if you have no balance due (I.e. market classes)…if you do not get a confirmation email, you did not register
📌All entries can be done on one submission
📌If you submit an entry, it must be approved before you can enter another

📢 Previous announcements that are still important:
• ALL animals must have a State-accepted form of Permanent ID (see posts below for link to state information)
• Dr. Chitwood is doing a walkthrough-you do NOT need a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) for your animals
• Please read the rule book (linked in pinned posts & the FairEntry system) and be familiar with all rules.
• Weighing in in the spring is NOT your entry to the fair
