Hasselmann Alumni House - Event Venue

Adjacent to the Grand Hall is the John O. Farmer Lounge and Bauer Bar, which provides a more intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. With seating up to 40, the space is ideal for dinner parties, cocktail hours, or business lunches. If requested, a full bar is also available with beer, wine, and cocktails. You can count on us to guide you through your event planning journey!

The first room we’re spotlighting is the Kinyon-Koeppel Grand Hall! This room accommodates 25-300 guests. We’ve transformed the space for wedding ceremonies & receptions, award banquets, proms, birthday parties, and conferences. Get in touch with us today to plan your next event!

Last weekend we had a wonderful time hosting the Miner Alumni Association and celebrating the 150th anniversary of Missouri S&T! It was refreshing to catch up with so many friendly faces after the long break and help with such a special occasion.

Josh and Lauren’s big day was so beautiful! Lauren wore a stunning gown with a long train while Josh was equally stylish in a classic suit. The couple filled the Grand Hall with elegant and romantic Christmas decor in shades of silver, grey and white. All the details came together for a magical and unforgettable celebration. They chose to have the ceremony and reception at Hasselmann Alumni House. It was truly a memorable day.

Josh is a 2017 Missouri S&T alumnus and Lauren is currently attending, she graduates in May. Lauren’s father graduated with his engineering degree in the 70’s. Their love for Rolla and Missouri S&T runs deep.

The band, JMC50, was amazing! They traveled from all over the country to rock the night with Josh and Lauren. They are compiled of Missouri S&T alumni that played together some 50 years ago. It’s a really cool story!
