8’+ wide shower completed by JS. One of my favorite projects to date. Touch panel controlled water valving (with voice activation through Google home) for body sprays, handheld, and rain head. Full length niche, double line drain, and heated floor throughout the bathroom. Textured tile with inset grazer accent lighting. It’s a pretty nice spot to get clean!

This was a basement finish-out from early 22’. A large Rec room with bar. Lots of soundproofing due to the master being right above part of the room. A coffered panel drop ceiling was chosen to match the theater room that was previously done and to access the many services contained in the ceiling for any future upgrades. Finished out a separate room as well for a home gym with rubber weight room flooring. Also tore out a closet upstairs to make a mud room/bench area right inside the garage. Made a large closet into a changing area for the pool. All work completed by JS
