Today we held our first all-staff quarterly meeting of the year, bringing nearly the entire M.A. Polce team into one room to share updates, align on goals, and spark the kind of cross-department collaboration that keeps us improving for the clients we serve.

We also debuted something new… the M.A. Polce “Celebrating Success” Championship Belt!

Our first title holder? Mike Rejman 🏆

Mike earned the belt in recognition of his contributions to the team and his recent promotion to CFO. A well-deserved win and a fun way to celebrate the people who help drive this company forward every day.

We were proud to sponsor and have one of our own team members DJ at the 3rd Annual SFM Rail Jam this past Saturday.

SFM Rail Jam is one of the largest fundraisers hosted by the SFM Skatepark Project. This year’s event raised funds to support Phase Two of their mission to build a destination-class skatepark in downtown Rome for all ages and skill levels.

What began as a vision following the tragic loss of Stone, a Rome native who believed a real skatepark was the one thing the city was missing, has grown into one of the most inspiring grassroots movements our community has seen in decades.

We had a great time at last week’s WNYRIC Cyber Summit!

We loved catching up with familiar faces and meeting new tech staff from across WNYRIC’s component districts. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat! Those conversations are always our favorite part of these events.
