So, last Thursday, my dad casually asked Jordan and me if we wanted to grab dinner at The Stagecoach Restaurant right here in Cave Spring. Little did I know, he had a secret mission! 😉

Turns out, it was Singo night! Now, if you know me, you know I’m not usually one for big crowds or anything that might put me in the spotlight. My dad, however, knew exactly what he was doing – this was his second (or third!) time going in the past couple of months, haha.

Honestly? Pushing my boundaries unintentionally turned out to be a blast! And if you know my fiancé Jordan, you know he’s a total music fiend, so this was completely up his alley. We had such a great time soaking in the awesome community vibe.

It’s nights like these that remind me how much I love living in Cave Spring (Floyd County) and getting to experience all the unique local fun. Supporting our local spots like The Stagecoach is what makes our community so special.

Family, Antiques, and a Puddle Jump Gone Wrong! 🏺💨

We had the best weekend exploring Georgia's Rome with my fiancé Jordan, my soon-to-be in-laws, and our favorite little explorers (some of my many nieces and nephews!). There’s nothing like an afternoon of antiquing downtown to find some hidden treasures—though some of us were more interested in the outdoor "water features" than the vintage finds. 😂

We hit some of my favorite local spots like Cotton Block Pickers and Yellow Door Antiques in the River District. It was a successful trip for the grown-ups, but a little more "eventful" for my nephew. 🌧️👞

If you’re looking at the photo Jessica (my sister-in-law) snapped, you’ll see the smiling faces of me, Jordan, and two of the kids... but you might notice one little guy missing from the shot. Let’s just say he found a puddle that was a lot deeper than it looked! 🫣🙄 soaked coveralls and he decided his "modeling career" was over for the day.
