BOI reporting update!!

If you have not already filed your beneficial ownership information (BOI) report, then you can procrastinate a little longer. There was an injunction issued with the courts and under the injunction the BOI reporting rule cannot be enforced and companies are not required to comply.

If you have already filed, you can ignore this, but if you have not then you can disregard for now.

11 years. It still doesn’t seem real. It has been 11 years ago today that we opened our doors and started this journey. I cannot begin to say thank you for all your trust and patience with me over the years. Your loyalty and friendships mean more than I could ever say.
