Llandow was a tough weekend.
The results weren’t what we wanted and the races were compromised, but there were still positives to take from it.
Looking back, something was clearly off across the weekend — and by the early hours after getting home, it was really off. A hospital visit followed, but thankfully I’ve been discharged.
Health comes first, then we review, reset and get ready for the next round.
