This couple, both born in Glasgow although now living in Australia, brought family and friends from many countries together for their wedding the day after a snowfall in Central Park. A bagpiper led the wedding party from Central park West through the park to the Ladies Pavilion on the lake. The couple and the wedding party marked the event in the traditional Scottish way, by drinking from a quaich.

This lovely couple from Vancouver, Canada, chose to get married on the waterfront in Brooklyn. They needed a native New Yorker's lungs, as river traffic, the nearby train crossing the Manhattan bridge (not shown -- that's the Brooklyn Bridge in the background), a helicopter and the the wind tried to outdo us!
