Big update on our Midtown project.

If you’ve been following along, you know that renovating older homes in Midtown isn’t always as simple as submitting plans and starting construction. There are often extra requirements and reviews to make sure any updates fit the character of the neighborhood.

When we submitted our permit package, we immediately got questions about details like the garage door and man door design. We responded, submitted everything needed, and then the waiting game began.

The good news? Our plans have officially been approved.
That means we’re moving forward with permits and could be starting construction as soon as next week.

One of the things people don’t always see on a flip project is everything that happens before the first hammer swing.

Permits, plan reviews, revisions, approvals it’s all part of the process.

Now the fun part begins.
