If you've watched Iron Rose FC this season, you've seen David Raphael. You've seen his pace. His creativity. His ability to change a match.

What you haven't seen is everything it's taken to get here.

Over the past two weeks, David has been training with some of Major League Soccer's top clubs, with additional opportunities continuing to develop. He's also under consideration for Generation Adidas, a distinction reserved for some of the nation's top MLS Draft prospects.

None of this happened by chance. It's the result of years of sacrifice, relentless work, and an unwavering belief that no obstacle is too big.

For most players, the road to professional soccer is already incredibly difficult. But for players seeking asylum or navigating the immigration process, that road becomes even steeper. They're not only competing against some of the best players in the country - they're also overcoming barriers that most people will never see.

That's what makes David's journey so inspiring. He never asked for an easier path. He simply kept showing up, kept improving, and kept proving he belongs.

At Iron Rose FC, we're incredibly proud to have been part of that journey. His story didn't begin with us, and it certainly won't end with us, but we're grateful to have played even a small role in what's ahead.
