Before a project takes shape on campus, it starts with conversations like these.

At our San Diego Miramar College Early Education Center Subcontractor Outreach Event, local subcontractors and suppliers joined the FLINT team to walk through project details, view plans and renderings, and connect directly with our project team.

We appreciate everyone who made the time to join us in Carlsbad. We’re looking forward to building strong partnerships around a project that will support early learning, families, and the Miramar College community.

Happy Fourth of July from all of us at FLINT! This weekend, our team is celebrating with our annual employee and family camping trip, making memories together beyond the jobsite. Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday.

Last week, our FLINT team attended the Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon, Reality Capture Users Conference in Miami, where Maddy Morrison and Aaron Glavina had the opportunity to present on the reality capture workflows and how they help deliver better projects for our clients. Technology is moving fast, and events like this are a great reminder of how much there is to keep learning, testing, and bringing back to our project teams.

Thank you to Leica Geosystems and Hexagon for bringing together a great group of people focused on where reality capture is headed next. We’re looking forward to applying these tools in the field!

Each recipient brings their own story, goals, and drive for what comes next. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support students who are ready to keep learning, growing, and putting their skills to work.
