Flippin it Friday, taking another look at some of the projects that got me into real estate, property management and turning every house I can into a future home for someone!
This house was renovated on a shoe string budget, so we decided to save by doing things like building a portico rather than a garage. But choosing the less expensive option does not mean skimping on style. This portico was carefully crafted to fit into the overall aesthetic of the home. It not only added functionality but also gave the front of the home an eye-catching feature to draw in potential buyers.
