This is a terrible company to hire, as a builder in Waco I do not recommend them!

I had a terrible experience with Michael Feltz, the manager of Glass Doctor in Waco. To start, his communication was subpar, and he used numerous lies to cover up his mistakes. He would blame things like being sick, manufacturing problems, flat tires, and dropping his phone from scaffolding as excuses for delays and miscommunication. While these things can happen, he would use them repeatedly, which made me doubt his accountability.

Moreover, Michael also lied to me by sending a picture of a piece of glass that wasn't mine, tricking me into thinking that he was making progress on my project. This behavior is unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time and money.

On top of that, Michael missed the installation date by a whole month and now refuses to return my calls. This type of behavior is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, especially because I paid for the service.

Overall, Michael Feltz's management of Glass Doctor in Waco was below par, and his poor communication, numerous lies, and failure to follow through on promises made for an unsatisfactory customer experience. I would warn other potential customers about the poor quality of service that they may receive
