This is our diva princess, Brooklyn Blu Ivy. She runs our house and has the heart of an angel. I found her in the road in Dallas 9 years ago.

The temps dipped into the 40’s overnight. This calls for a slow roast. I love pot roast on a cold day. Just layering flavors. I didn’t have the ingredients for a boeuf bourguignon. Just a few more hours and it’ll be done.
