A very good customer for many years called upon us during the last rainstorm in a panic - they had water coming in through their downstairs window. It appeared it had been for quite some time because the sheetrock was severely damaged. We jumped on it right away and found the flashing on the second floor of their home was completely deteriorated, allowing water to enter the home and run into the downstairs area. You will see in the pictures we replaced the complete flashing and our painter was able to remove all the damaged sheetrock and repair the complete window area below.
They are now back in perfect working condition !!!!
