A huge THANK YOU to Chris Conley for taking the time to share her knowledge and passion of the human heart through the life saving CPR training she provided at the salon last night! The hands on CPR training had about 15 attendees and was not only informative but also helpful with how to prepare for the unexpected. Participants learned the benefits of an AED and how to apply it to an unconscious patient. Proper hand placement to start compressions, communication with others and calling 911 are crucial in saving a life when someone drops due to cardiac arrest. Chris, alongside her husband Ed are the perfect pair to teach proper techniques to anyone who is interested in learning CPR and getting certified if wanted! Knowledge is power- it could be any one of us at any time! Thank you Chris and Ed for bringing us RED flowers 🌹 and chocolates! We owe you BIG! ❤️🙌🏻❤️
