22 new agents. One first day in the books.
Today we kicked off Bootcamp, four hours on Zoom setting the tone for the next six weeks.
We introduced our culture, broke the ice with two truths and a lie, shared how we built this team, unpacked DISC & Working Genius, taught the lead generation pillars, and jumped right into scripting & roleplay.
Every agent got their own workbook that feeds into a master tracker so we can follow progress and keep them on pace.
This is how we move people from new → producing fast.
Day 2 kicks off today where we’ll focus all of our energy on CRM and I’ll live cold prospect in the database for 1 hour in front of the whole team.
The primary goal for Day 2 is to prepare for Day 3 where agents start calling in to the database with a minimum 10 2-minute conversations.

He started by getting paid education he needed to be successful, working as a leasing agent to learn the ropes.
Then, he started as a showing partner, giving up time, commission, and hustle in exchange for hands-on experience with top agents.
Next, he earned the right to work high-quality leads — open houses, Zillow, Google PPC.
He used that momentum to build his own brand: Wine & Real Estate.
Now, he’s transitioning into listings and sphere deals with stronger splits and deeper relationships.
Through all of this 3 year journey, Austin took several months off to be with his newborn son and present with his wife.
And he’s just getting started.
