Maybe I’m getting old? But I’ve been finding it harder and harder to experience good ol’ customer service…. We don’t train our staff to “smile” and agree with everything a client says, but we do let them know that the basis of all humanity is human connection. Great service isn’t just a smile, it’s the ability to see someone as another person and understand that they deserve the compassion that we all do. Then give them the tools to offer it :)
