He enjoys the variety of challenges and experiences that keep him learning and growing. With experience as a mortgage loan originator, he’s also able to assist his clients throughout the real estate process.

In his spare time, Joe likes spending time with his family, coaching his daughters’ soccer teams ⚽, and vacationing in Tahoe ⛷️. At home, he enjoys socializing with friends at parties and backyard barbecues and spending time tinkering with his vintage car.

Kara comes to Tribe Realty after spending 15 years in public affairs and communications. She worked closely with public and private clients across the transportation, local government, sports, and event industries. Kara uses her skills to help clients navigate complex local red tape and to engage with the communities in which Tribe Realty works.

In Kara’s off-hours, she can be found hanging out at Ponto State Beach 🏖️,, the Paul Ecke Sports Park baseball fields ⚾ , and Encinitas and Carlsbad skate parks 🛹 with her husband and two young sons.
