Crew lunch! It’s a beautiful sunny and dry March day. It’s been raining so much this year tha we had to take advantage on a Friday.

A recently completed bathroom remodel in South Land Park. Blake was the Forman with assists from Anthony, Alphoneso, and Justus. This zero barrier (no threshold) shower was a unique challenge. The 72” linear drain provides a super accessible shower for the homeowners. We suggested a plug by the toilet for a bidet. They’ve purchased one and LOVE IT! We love improving these homes and making them more comfortable for our customers, especially those who have specific needs as they age or have limited mobility. Great job and high five to Blake and the rest of the JAZ DEV guys who contributed.

Our stone friends at Pro Tops Granite had to bring all the hands for the lift of this massive soap stone island piece that’s going in out pre 1900’s Victorian Remodel in Mid-Town Sacramento. 6-8 people required to get this from the truck to the steps, up and into the house, and then onto the island. No fingers were lost 🙂 Thanks to Leno, Bento, Diego and crew!
